REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Simply Soundless, we value your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our 7-day return policy.

Returns

You have seven calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@simplysoundless.com to initiate the return request along with your order number.
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with it.
3. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer support team to arrange for the exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
- Perishable goods.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
